The design for Gien’s "Pont aux Choux" dinner service was conceived many years ago and has since become established as one of the company’s classic designs. Now it is experiencing a revival: with a totally new colour wardrobe. The faience "Pont aux Choux" dinner service by Gien is no longer only produced in the nostalgic-looking cream colour; some pieces are now available in taupe.
This reserved shade bears similarities to a milky coffee and adds colour to the table. It also nicely underlines the typical rice grain design, the curved rims and the artichoke-shaped handles of the Gien "Pont aux Choux" dinner service.
